The lighting design in office buildings plays a crucial role in enhancing occupant satisfaction and improving physical and mental health. This study conducts on-site measurements and questionnaire surveys in three typical office spaces under different lighting conditions, located in Espoo, Finland, and Chongqing, China. It focuses on key indicators of healthy lighting, such as melanopic equivalent daylight illuminance (melanopic EDI) and natural daylight. A comparative analysis of user subjective evaluations across different cases is performed. The results show that improving melanopic EDI in practical applications can significantly enhance occupant satisfaction. Furthermore, the study analyses and summarizes the influencing factors of healthy lighting design in office buildings and provides optimization recommendations.
